Carlos M. Sison, 66, a devoted servant of God, loving husband, father, brother, and friend, peacefully passed away on June 24, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born on January 14, 1958 in Manila, Philippines, to Juan A. Sison and Olga M. Sison.
Carlos is survived by his beloved wife, Amy, who was his steadfast companion and soulmate throughout their journey together. His legacy of love extends to his son, Jauncy and his wife, Andrea, and daughter Sarah Antoinette, both of whom brought him immeasurable joy and pride. He cherished every moment with his family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
In addition to his immediate family, Carlos leaves behind his brother, Oscar Sison, and sisters Kim, Olga, Joanne, Yvonne and Daphne. Although they lived miles apart, Carlos always enjoyed the time spent when connecting with his family overseas.
Carlos was a man of faith whose life reflected his dedication to serving God and others. We will miss his sense of humor and laughter. He found joy in playing pickleball and chess, activities that brought him closer to his friends and community. An avid sports enthusiast, Carlos passionately supported the Anaheim Angels and the Las Vegas Raiders, cheering them on with unwavering loyalty.
Known for his kindness and generosity, Carlos was a trusted friend to all who knew him. He was actively involved in charitable endeavors, donating to the Humane Society to support his love for animals. Carlos adored his three dogs, Choi, Meeko, and Susheng, who brought him comfort and companionship.
A memorial service to celebrate Carlos' life will be held on July 20th at Davis Funeral Home in Las Vegas, Nevada. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Humane Society or charity of your choice in Carlos' memory.
Carlos M. Sison will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his unwavering faith, loving spirit, and profound impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
