Carmella Decarlo

Carmella Helen DeCarlo, 76, a homemaker, was taken by our Lord May 30, 2012. Born Aug. 1, 1935, in Syracuse, N.Y., she was a kind, loving and devoted mother who always put others before herself. She was a true Las Vegas for 45 years who was drawn to the glamour of our city. Watching classic movies, singing and cuddling with her beloved dog, Deano, were among her favorite things to do. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. DeCarlo Sr. and her son, Charles F. DeCarlo Jr. Carmella is survived by her daughter, Yvonne Simons sons, Randy, Harry and Glenn DeCarlo and four grandchildren. Viewing will be from 11 a.m.1 p.m. Monday, June 4, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial following at Davis Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nevada SPCA. Carmella is very much loved and will be truly missed. We love you mom.
