Catherine "Cack" Carter, 65, beloved Wife and Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on May 26, 2019. She entered this world on December 6, 1953 in Madison, IN, born to Raymond and Helen Empson. She is survived by her husband David Carl Carter; son and daughter in law David Lee & Judith Carter; grandchildren; Nikos & Cassandra Carter; many family and loved ones.

She was a wonderful grandmother, mother, and wife. A memorial service will be held at the Lytle & Welty Funeral Home at a later date.
