Dale Gardner

Dale A. Gardner, 75, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014 , in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dale was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma two weeks before he passed away. Dale was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on July 19, 1938 to Clarence James Gardner and Ruth Mary Crumb. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Kenneth and Klink. Dale grew up in the Belmont area. He attended Lincoln High School. He worked for Meadow Gold Dairy for over 25 years. Dale served 17 years in the US Army Reserves. He volunteered for Food Net at the Calvary Methodist Church for over 10 years.
Dale is survived by his wife, Marsha Lynch two stepgranddaughters, Nalani and Paige 2 sons and a daughter from prior marriages and a sister, June Copper.
A memorial service was held February 15, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in Las Vegas. Dales ashes will be buried in the Weldon Cemetery in Weldon, Illinois at a later date.
