Debbie Kulaga, 48, December 18, 1962 May 19, 2011. Born in Chicago, IL. Preceded in death by grandparents Tom Martha Spiller, Frank Elsie Ostertag nee Lechelt, Michael Kulaga, and Marie Kulaga nee Hryzak. She is survived by a daughter, Elisabeth Chris Reeves, parents Lawrence Patricia Kulaga nee Spiller, brother Lawrence J. Kulaga Jr., sister Loretta Jason Cox nee Kulaga, grandchildren Gianni, Gavin, Gwen, Gage, nieces Rachel, Amanda, Sara and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 26th at Moutaintop Faith Ministries 2845 Lindell, Las Vegas, NV.
