Dolores Sanchez

Dolores "Dolly" Sanchez, 35 of Las Vegas, NV passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015. She was born on December 12, 1979 in Pharr, Texas to parents Victor Manuel and Florestela De La Cerda De Rodriguez. She graduated from P-SJ-A North High School in Pharr in 1998 and became a resident of Las Vegas in 1999. Dolly worked at the Palace Station for 15 years, most recently at the Oyster Bar, where she made many great friendships, and met many great people. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking and crocheting and made baby items regularly for donation. She took on projects in her home and enjoyed making changes and repairs on her own. Dolly took a great deal of pride in her role as a Mother to her four children, whom she adored.

She is survived by her daughter, Analysse Sanchez of Las Vegas; sons, Anthony, Aaron, and Andrew Sanchez, all of Las Vegas; mother, Flora Rodriguez of Las Vegas, NV; father, Victor Rodriguez of Pharr, TX; sisters, Teresa and Lupita Rodriguez of Pharr, TX, Placida Gibson of San Antonio, TX, and Anabel (Nani) Rodriguez of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Carlos Rodriguez of Las Vegas, NV; and many nieces and nephews ( Too many monkeys to mention!). She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Anita McCarly (2006).
