Edna Bregel

E. Carol Bregel (Keatts), 72 of Las Vegas, NV passed away in her sleep on May 4, 2019. She
was born in Ruffin, North Carolina and was preceded in death by her loving husband of 24
years and her parents Earnest Keatts and Edna Mae Keatts.
Carol was a devoted and loving Mother with a huge heart. She was proud of her family and
excited to become a grandmother to her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She
opened her heart to others that called her Mom or Grandma and they grew to love her.
She was known for her feisty yet good sense of humor and her ability to control a room just by
being there. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Carol is survived by her brother Roland Keatts of Las Vegas, NV; her children Troy Turnbo Jr of
Las Vegas, NV; Tanya Messina; Angelo J. Toscano of Las Vegas, NV; Nicole
Toscano of Stagecoach, NV; Daniel Baylis of Las Vegas, NV and Dionne Baylis of Delaware;
her 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Services wll be on Wednesday May 29, 2019 at 1120 a.m. at the Southern Nevada Veterans
Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Spring Valley Baptist Church of
Las Vegas where Mom was a member.
