Herbert Otten

Herbert Charles Otten, 66, a chef and retired Army War Veteran, passed away March 27, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born May 14, 1945 in Pennsauken, New Jersey and was a 20 year resident of Nevada. He was a loving father, great friend, and loved by many. He had a passion for cooking and he loved sharing a nice meal with his family and friends. Most recently he retired from Ballys Casino as a culinary chef. After retiring he enjoyed his new freedom by playing bingo, rooting for his home teams, the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles and attending many concerts. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Catherine Otten, and best friend Ellen Baker. Herb is survived by his children Jonathan, Brandon, and Danielle, 2 grandchildren Joshua and Xavier, and loving extended family Richard and Briana
