James Ashworth

James Lee Henry Ashworth was born September 21, 1964 in Henderson, Nevada to Christine Watkins and Sanford Marshall Henry. He was born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley. After Bonanza High School, he enlisted in the Navy, stationed on the ship USS Coral Sea. In 2003, he launched his fire alarm business, ABS Fire (Ashworth and Belcastro Systems). ABS became a family endeavor that is a huge success. During his lifetime he enjoyed camping, fishing, bowling, golfing, 4-wheeling, swimming and chasing thunderstorms.

In 1987 James and Kimberly Lum welcomed a son, Wesley, into the world. And then in 1993 James and April Fisher were blessed with a daughter, Ashlee. Thus, James is survived by his wife of 28 years, his son, daughter, Mother, 2 sisters, 4 grandchildren, 3 nephews and 4 nieces. He was preceded in death by his infant twin brothers, his grandparents, his father, his nephew, and most recently his brother.

James passed on July 28,2021 at his home with family by his side. Memorial services are through Davis Funeral Home 1401 S. Rainbow Blvd. starting at 4 PM on Friday Aug. 6th 2021.
