James E. Wiggins, 78, of Las Vegas, NV passed away on Dec. 30, 2015. He served 30 years in USAF, and retired Chief Master Sergeant in Feb. 1984 at Nellis AFB. Visitation services Thurs. Jan. 7th from 5 pm - 9 pm at Davis Funeral Home, 1401 S. Rainbow Blvd. Burial 8 am Fri. Jan. 8th at Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City, Nevada.
