Jeffery Williams

Jeffrey Duffin Williams, 54, of Las Vegas, entered into eternal rest July 26, 2012. He was born in Ashland, Ky., to the late Carlie Lincoln Williams Sr. and Bernice Whitt Williams. A 1976 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School of Ashland, he joined the U.S. Air Force November 1977. After 15 years of service in law enforcement, he was honorably discharged as a supervisor. He worked at Sams Town in the Western Clothing Shop, later transferring to the security section and was a supervisor at the time of his death. He loved hunting, especially with his big brother, Ed, his job and the people he worked with, as well as getting together with family whenever possible. He is survived by his wife, of 12 years, Brenda Harris Williams two children from a previous marriage, Heather Davis Tony and Jason Williams Kari grandchildren, Cheyenne Sizemore, Hailey Davis, Cameron Martin and Jason Williams, of Missouri a stepson, Nathan Rivera Anna of Germany stepdaughters, Brandie Medina and Natasha Morales of California eight stepgrandchildren brothers, Ed Williams of Kentucky, and Paul Williams Connie of Missouri sisters, Phyllis Geyer of Florida, Patricia Griffith Eddie of Kentucky, Berni Williams and Jerrie Moore of Florida and nieces, nephews and friends. There will be a memorial service at 5 p.m. Monday, July 30, at Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd.
