Jonette Burdunice

Jonette Winfield Burdunice was born February 28, 1962 in Kankakee, Illinois. She was the 5th child born to Lewis and Dorothy Winfield.
She departmed this life on 2152014 at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada from a short illness.
She professed Christ at an early age. She graduated from Eastridge High School in Kankakee, Illinois in 1980. She also graduated from Kankakee Community School earning an Associates Degree in Business.
She was employed by Cigna Insurance Company for several years as a Medical Claims processer and she was also employed at Gage Marketing. She leaves to mourn 1 daughter, Serena Winfield of Las Vegas, Nevada, Her mother, Dorothy Winfield Brooks of San Diego California,. Three sisters,Vieddia James Jackson, Pamela Felipe Spraggins, and Regina Caldwell, all from Las Vegas, Nevada. 2 Brothers, Lewis Jr Christine Winfield of North Carolina, and Doreece Winfield of San Diego,
California. Her special friend Jean Claude of Las Vegas, Nevada, Nieces, Nephews, and a host of friends and relatives.
She was preceeded in death by her father, Lewis Winfield Sr. paternal grand partens, James Georgia Winfield, maternal grandparents, Pauline Rollo Cobb, Aunts, Josie Burdine, Rolena Mallet, Gladys Martin, Debra FeltusTaylor. Uncles, Clifton Cobb, Lorene Cobb, Rollo Cobb Jr. Demetrius Cobb, Leon Winfield, and Lenard Winfield.
She was a native of Kankakee, Illinois, but has resided in Las Vegas, Nevada for the past 8 years.
She had a zest for life, she was a lot of fun, loving, a good mother, friend, neighbor. and a excellant cook.
