Kenneth Burrell

Kenneth Raymond Burrell - born August 11, 1943 in Casa Grande
passed away peacefully on March 12, with his wife by his side.


After graduating from Casa Grande Union High School, Kenneth joined the Navy where he proudly served on the USS Kearsarge (CV-33) aircraft carrier. He retired as a structural Ironworker from Local 433. He continued to work after his retirement, for Jones/Clifford Law Firm.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his Parents Rita Rena Chisum Jackson and Raymond Edward Burrell and his Father Harold Kenneth Watson, brother David Burrell, sister Glenda Joyce Tinker-Burrell
and his son Donny Yarborough.

He is survived by his loving wife Leah and his bonus daughter Sara Highfield, daughter Rhonda Tudor (Eddie), son Greg Burrell, Grandsons Wesley Mason (Jennifer Mitchell, “JBird”), Scott Tudor and John Tudor (Brittany), great grandsons Bradley Mason, Colton and Reid Tudor, his brother Michael Watson (Linda) of Casa Grande and brother Ed Burrell (Pauline) of Alaska. Survivors also include sisters LeAnna Dreher (Jim) of Mississippi, Jacqueline Kilpatrick, Penny White (Rusty), Kathy Herring (Ron) and Cynthia Alvarado all of Texas as well as many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends from all over.

Kenneth danced to the beat of his own drum.

His magical soul and wonderful sense of humor will be missed.
