Larry Richard Williams, Jr., of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away the morning of September 16, 2013 at North Vista Hospital comforted by his wife. Larry had been extremely ill for the last 2 years however, cause of death is unknown at this time. Larry was 40 years old. Larry was born in Homestead, Florida on July the 6th, 1973. He was the only son of the Late Larry R. Williams Sr. and the Late Patricia Rose Williams.
Larry was a graduate of Valley High School. As a child Larry was the mischievous younger brother, always had something up his sleeve for his 3 sisters. As a young boy he spent many a summer at the Tarkanian Basketball camp. Basketball when he was way a child was a favorite sport. Larry loved working with wood and prior to illness was rehabbing the kitchen in his home. He enjoyed tinkering with vehicles and built many from frame to a running completed vehicle. Larry was also an avid hunter and no one was better with a bow or a hunting rifle. He also enjoyed fishing and did it as much as possible prior to his illness. He loved 4 wheeling, camping and boating. His passion and love for his children and family will be missed. His sense of humor was legend with family and friends and he often liked to pull pranks on them. He had a never ending love for Pit Bulls and had owned many of them. He even had a tattoo on his arm that said Pit Bull Pride. But even more than Pit Bulls was his love for the Denver Broncos football team. Larry was a proud member of the Las Vegas Deaf Community.
He is preceded in death by his sister Alison Medina Williams. Larry is survived by his wife Michelle CobbWilliams, his partner Stacy Brown and their children Audrey, Alison and Larry Williams the 3rd of Chicago, IL. He is survived by sister B. Denise HoffmasterWilliams of Sumter, S.C. and Sandra C. Williams of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
