Phillip Volturo, age 55, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Valley Hospital. He was a resident of Las Vegas. He was born on August 13, 1956 in Chester, Pennsylvania, the son of Jean and Michael Volturo. He met Bonnie Kimbril, who still survives, 19 years ago and they had their first child 3 years after meeting which was followed by having twins 5 years later. All are surviving. Other survivors include: Tom Volturobrother, Mary Volturo sister, Mike Volturobrother and John Volturobrother. He has worked and was known for being in several local bands as a vocalist and guitarist in many styles of music for his whole life, including Cook E Jar the Crumbs won Review Journal Best Lounge Act award 5 times, The Reflex, Blonde Sided, Front Page, Darren Michael many more. Phil enjoyed music, boating, hiking, fishing, and whatever time he had with his family.
