It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard Richards, a beloved husband father, grandfather, and caring individual. Richard was born on the 17th of October, 1934 and passed away on the 14th of July, 2024.
An extraordinary man, Richard was known for his humorous nature that could lighten up the mood in any setting, thereby making him the life of every gathering. His kind and caring demeanor was cherished by those around him, and he was never too far from lending a helping hand or offering a comforting word to those in need.
Perhaps Richard's most notable achievement was his role as a father and caregiver. Growing his family with love and patience, Richard's world revolved around the well-being of his loved ones. He considered his family his greatest treasure and was a beacon of resilience and love for them. His untiring dedication to his family will be etched in our hearts forever.
Richard was a man whose life was filled with simplistic joys and profound love. His laughter was infectious, his kindness was vast, and his love was boundless. As we mourn his demise, we also celebrate the life of an individual who was a sparkling gem in his own right. His lessons, memories, and legacy will endure in our hearts and lives.
Rest in peace, Richard. Your life was a blessing. Your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Marie, his 3 children; Michele, Alan, and Richard Jr., his brother Jerome, his dog Cassie, 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
