Teresa Anderson

Mrs. Teresa Zamora de Anderson, age 45, noble wife, loving mother, compassionate sister and friend, passed away at Valley Hospital Medical Center on May 19, 2011, following a valiant, lengthy battle with lupus.
She was born on April 2, 1966, in La Grulla de Abajo, Guanajuato, Mexico, to the late Rosario Zamora Picon. She attended Benito Juarez Primary School where she was an outstanding student and excelled in math and literature. On August 25, 1986, she was married to Ronald G. Anderson.
Teresa enjoyed the simple blessings life offered. Her familys happiness and wellbeing were her highest priority. Her favorite hobbies included assembling elaborate flower arrangements and enjoying her garden. She was an exceptional wife, remarkable mother, and loving sister. Her four children viewed her as the sunshine, courage, and strength in their lives. Although a shy individual, anyone who shared time with her would tell you that they met an extraordinary woman who found the best in everyone. She was a great listener and provided others with helpful suggestions, words of wisdom and faith. She was a selfless woman, who found great satisfaction in witnessing laughter, love, and friendship. Her strength, kindness, hope and love will forever remain in the lives of those whose hearts she touched.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Ronald her four children, Bianca, Karol, Adam and Alex her two brothers, Antonio and Juan her three sisters Anna, Rosalva, Reina. She is further survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Services for Mrs. Teresa Zamora de Anderson will be held at 11:00 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, 2245 Lindell Road, visitation will be one hour prior to services. Brother Eric Taylor will officiate. Final resting ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m., at Palm Eastern Mortuary and Cemetery, 7600 South Eastern Avenue. Reception will be held at 6:00 p.m., at The Tap House, 5589 West Charleston Boulevard. Relatives and friends are asked and welcome to attend.
