Sgt William P Hill Jr.

Mr. William P. Hill Jr. passed away after a lengthy illness. William was a former resident of Dayton, Ohio who relocated to Las Vegas in 2007. William was a Decorated Veteran of Operation Desert Storm and retired from the Army after 20 years. He was proceeded in death by his parents William and Rosetta Hill, Brothers Roy and Stanley and Sister Sandrus Carr. He leaves to cherish his memory his former wife and love of his life Tara Hill of Fresno, CA. Daughters Niya (Ron) Rivera, of Las Vegas, NV. Nimat (Jimmy) Davis and Khaleedah (Cecil) Litiema of Fresno, CA. Son William Hill III of Las Vegas, NV. Brother in Laws William and Bruce Crews of Fresno, CA. and Sister in Law Lylh (Crews) Jones of Dayton, OH. In addition beloved Cousins Michelle Cates and Annette Davidson of Dayton, OH and Uncle Clifton Crawford of Hartford, CT. and a very special friend Crystal Sanders of Las Vegas, NV. and A host of additional family and friends. William has requested to be laid to rest among his fellow Brothers and Sisters In Arms at the Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada. Services will be held on Friday, June 7th, 2024 Beginning at 11am located at Davis Rainbow 1401 S. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89146 with A Graveside Service where Honors will be rendered to follow on Friday, June 7th, 2024 beginning promptly at 1:20pm located at The Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive in Boulder City, Nevada 89005.

In lieu of flowers William has asked that contributions be made to The Veteran's Administration, The Wounded Warriors Project and Xtreme Couture GI Foundation.
