William "Bill" St. Gelais, 78, was called to his eternal resting place on July 14, 2020. He was born on October 22, 1941 in Cohoes, NY to Ruth and Henry St. Gelais. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1958 to 1966. Upon honorable discharge from service, William spent many years in the New York area installing swimming pools. He later moved to Las Vegas where he worked for C B Construction until his retirement in 1992. William was an avid New England Patriots fan and was extremely proud of his 1977 Dodge, Custom 100 Pick-Up. William is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and Terry Macey of West Chazy, NY; his son, William St. Gelais, Jr. of Plattsburgh, NY; two grandchildren, Jeffery and Courtney of NY; his brother, Henry St. Gelais and sisters, Marcia Bressette, Sandra Desnoyers and Michelle Gemme; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents, and brothers, Gary, Ronald, and Bruce St. Gelais. Arrangements are in care of Davis Funeral Home, Las Vegas, NV. William will be honored with a private ceremony and burial at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in New York, at a later date.
