Yvonne Grove

Yvonne Grove, 80, of Las Vegas, passed away Nov. 4, 2011. She was born July 26, 1931, in Edgerton, Minn., and was a 48year resident of Nevada. Yvonne was a retired detective with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. She enjoyed traveling extensively, as well as bowling with her weekly league and playing in her card club. Yvonne is survived by her husband, of 35 years, Carl daughter, Tami Mike Trousdale son, Gib Ganschow three granddaughters, Darci Chad New, Kayla Austin Cornwell and Tayler Ganschow and one grandson, Tripp Ganschow, all of Las Vegas two stepdaughters, Carol Justin Shaw of Nolanville, Texas, and Shelly Greg Thomas of El Paso, Texas one stepson, Robert Manuela Grove of Spain one sister and three brothers. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, at First Presbyterian Church, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be private at Davis Memorial Park.
